Who Are We?

We are just four people who are passionate about clean renewable technology.  We believe that our society can and should be using the latest technology to power our homes and businesses as well as our transportation needs.

Although we may be in the 21st century, we live in the past when it comes to our energy needs.  We have not outgrown our old ways of thinking. Consume and conquer will no have a place in our world's environment. If we are to move forward toward new energy horizons, then it will take the work of all of us.

The first step with any endeavor is to read through the instruction manual.  This is where H2Nation Publishing comes in.  We believe that a strong foundation in knowledge will make the transition that much easier to perform. Besides, not only are our publications informative, they are fun to read.

What Are We About?

Our mission is to publish magazines that educate and inform our audience of developments in the use of hydrogen and other alternate fuels that create a cleaner, healthier, and safer world and relieve mankind of dependence on fossil fuels.

Our magazines have been created with the impassioned hope that they will serve as a catalyst to help you, our nation, and others in the world, make the decisions necessary for, and the transition into a new, renewable, and less politically-charged energy future. Combining the efforts of our readers, editors, and advertisers, we will work together toward an energy future based on hydrogen; hydrogen derived from our own abundant resources: wind power, solar in its many forms, and bio fuels from farmers and producers throughout this land.

Publications

Our flagship publication: H2Nation Magazine

Re-Launch Date-Fall 2008

People want to make a difference. Some call it the Greening of America, a desire to live well without compromising the environment or increasing dependence on fossil fuels. One thing is certain, there is a growing interest in the Hydrogen Economy, but very limited resources available other than sound bites in the popular press and dissertations in arcane educat- ional journals . H2Nation is the premiere guide and how-to manual for those interested in navigating their way in the Hydrogen Economy

H2Nation Magazine is your course syllabus for an education in renewable energy. After our initial surveys, we discovered there are significant information gaps in even the most seasoned renewable energy pro. H2Nation Magazine will take our readers from the basics of renewable energy to more complex concepts and applications. Better informed readers make for better informed activists and consumers of renewable energy products.

The Hydrogen Business Journal

The Hydrogen Business Journal
Launch Date-Fall 2008

For those in the Energy Market, especially the leaders, time is in short supply. Obtaining critical information about industry, finance and market trends could help change the direction of a company. The Hydrogen Business Journal will be a monthly industry journal focused on bringing news and finance to the individual on the go, particularly those who deal with the demands placed on them by both business and family life in today’s business climate. The Hydrogen Business Journal will give the leaders in today’s Energy market the tools needed to stay informed about their competitors.

Technology breakthroughs, development trends, vehicle trials, business acquisitions and announcements, infrastructure developments and government and military activities. Coverage will include both the stationary power and transportation markets. The publication also will focus on statistics and market trends, reporting on potential changes in the demand for products and services associated with hydrogen development. This editorial focus will help the primary readership in making educated decisions about their involvement in hydrogen technology development and build their strategies in the months and years to come.

Science and Energy
Launch Date-Spring 2009

It is often said that science and engineering are too abstract, too remote from “real life” to be of interest to the general public. It is commonly believed by some individuals in these fields that the principles are “too far up in the clouds” for them be explained to the layman. Yet science and engineering underlie almost all of real life as we know it today and attempts to explain these fields to the general public are not only successful but very popular.

Science & Energy Magazine will offer an avenue for the scientific and academic communities as well as the “inventor in the garage” to share with others the science of energy production. Our goal is to provoke thought exchanges between minds to help further research in clean, renewable technology.

Unlike H2Nation Magazine that is geared to bringing awareness of clean energy to the general public, Science & Energy Magazine will feature articles that point to the single question “how do we get there?” and will show from individual scientific experience the paths that might be taken.

Silicon Valley Energy Technology
Launch Date-Spring 2009

While the Global Energy and Alternative Energy sector continues to grow at a double digit pace, there are many issues that must be addressed to ensure the continued success of this recent growth trend.  Silicon Valley Energy Technology brings world energy markets together with hi-tech industries to form a clearinghouse of products and services.

Silicon Valley Energy Technology is a horizontal business magazine for a trade audience offering case studies and best practices of successful companies that market to the energy sector.

Our model is to identify and unify hi-tech suppliers and manufacturers of energy related products, then leverage the points along the way for editorial and advertising:

A central communications platform
encompassing all components of multiple product supply chains and supporting organizations that combine to complete functional energy systems;

Increasing awareness of new techniques
processes, technologies and ideas to accelerate the effects of the benefits that Silicon Valley brings to the energy industry;

Forging strategic relationships
between participants in the energy industry in order to enable synergistic projects and collaborations that help drive development, testing and commercial production;

Creating, identifying, developing and promoting opportunities within the industry such as finance and funding, recruitment, forming relationships and projects. One particularly important example here is the identification of market sectors that are ready for the early adoption of alternative energy technologies.

Kanooter Valve
Launch Date- Spring 2009

As part of our commitment to education, we’ve developed a teaching tool that stresses renewable energy, conservation and team building.

Through interactive and engaging articles, students can learn about Photovoltaics, Thermal Solar, Hydrogen, and Bio-fuels, how to use them safely and wisely, and the importance of conserving energy.

Consisting of two issues a year, along with a teacher’s resource guide, we will help edutain our readers in a fun and informative fashion.

Kanooter Valve will address standards in science, health and language arts, so this resource can be incorporated into many different classroom settings.

Each teaching issue has been designed to complement Kanooter Valve for classroom projects. Lessons are stand-alone so they can be used in whatever order the teachers deem appropriate for their classrooms.

To help the instructor integrate them, the lesson plans include learning objectives, steps for the lesson process, and accompanying materials for the overhead or for handouts on compact disc.

Also included among the lessons are suggested modifications that allow you to extend the curriculum to other subject areas or to reflect different abilities, interests, and learning styles.
